This is an original, German two-panel, theatrical movie poster from 1988 for The Big Blue (released in France as Le Grand Bleu) starring Rosanna Arquette, Jean-Marc Barr, Jean Reno, Paul Shenar, Sergio Castellitto, Marc Duret, Andreas Voutsinas, Valentina Vargas, and Griffin Dunne. Luc Besson directed the film.
The poster measures 23.25” x 67” and was printed in two sections designed to overlap. It is in very good condition with minor edge and cross-fold wear from long-term storage. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
