This is an original, unfolded, advance one-sheet movie poster from 1979 for The Black Hole starring Maximilian Schell, Anthony Perkins, Robert Forster, Joseph Bottoms, Yvette Mimieux, and Ernest Borgnine. Gary Nelson directed the Walt Disney science fiction film.
The poster measures 26" x 39.5" (this is the original size - it has not been trimmed) and is in good to very good condition with some light and fine creases scattered in parts of the poster from previous handling. They are not very noticeable due to the dark background and the poster displays well. Unlike most one sheet posters from this period, it has never been folded.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.This very rare and collectible poster, printed in 1979 to tease the Christmas theatrical release of The Black Hole, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
