This is an original one-sheet movie poster from 1950 for Abbott and Costello in The Foreign Legion starring Bud Abbott, Lou Costello, Patricia Medina, Walter Slezak, Douglass Dumbrille, Tor Johnson, and Marc Lawrence. Charles Lamont directed the military comedy.
The poster measures 27"x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in good to very good condition prior to restoration with pinholes from theatrical display, some tiny tears and creases around the white edges, and some wear and tiny tears along some of the folds and cross-folds. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
